Christian spiritual traditions

Connecting with God, ourselves, creation and each other

Christian Mindfulness and Guided Meditation

Christian mindfulness and meditation support us to be fully present with ourselves and with God in the here and now.  They also encourage us to experience what it is like to accept ourselves as we are, without judgement, echoing the grace and mercy with which God meets us.

Celtic Christianity

From creative responses to God’s love, traditions of contemplative prayer and gathering in community, the ancient traditions of Celtic Christian spirituality are a rich resource.  Through deep connection with nature and what it shows us of our sacred Creator it enables us to step lightly into times of uncertainty and ‘unknowing’ whilst continuing to feel the firm assurance of God’s love.

Transpersonal Psychotherapy

As a therapist I value transpersonal approaches which recognise that we need to embrace not only our bodies, thoughts and feelings but also the spiritual part of our being as we move towards wholeness.  These therapeutic models offer us a sense of being part of something greater and new ways of connecting with God, ourselves and others through visualisations and creative expression.
